Do you provide boat and RV parking?

We sure do! In fact, that’s one of the features we’re most known for. We have options up to 60 feet long and 14 feet tall, providing plenty of room to get in and turn around. Our parking buildings are far enough apart that maneuvering couldn’t be easier.


How does your gate work?

We utilize individual gate codes, meaning that each tenant has a code that’s unique to him or her. This feature allows us to track who enters and exits our property.


What are your gate access hours?

Since we know that your schedule can be a bit unpredictable at times, we provide 24-hour access to all our customers. Whether you get back from a trip late at night or you’d like to drop by your unit before work, you have the power to do so!


Do you have any onsite water services?

We do. You’re welcome to use our water to flush your motor between excursions.


What about electricity?

Our vehicle parking spaces have outlets for your convenience. These outlets operate on 12-hour timers to ensure the safety of you and your vehicle.


Can I rent with you even if I don’t live in Channelview?

Of course you can! We’re a popular choice for residents of Baytown, North Shore area and Highlands, and we also provide affordable storage units to students at the San Jacinto College North Campus.


When can I visit your office?

Our office hours run from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. We’d love to meet with you to help you select a unit and to secure your reservation. Fill out our online contact form to schedule an appointment.


Can I drive my car around the property?

Yep. With drive-up access, you can park your vehicle at the door of your rental. Loading and unloading will take no time at all!


What kinds of vehicles do you typically store?

We actually see a wide range of vehicles at our facility. You can park your car, boat, RV, or just about any other vehicle in our large and secure units.
